The Great Plains Network Measurement Project

Welcome to the Great Plains Network measurement project, in collaboration with the Quilt Measurement project. The goal of this project is to provide access to interactive tools and network measurement applications, to collect network measurement data, and to provide that data to researchers in a public formum for analysis and study.
