This diagram describes the physical connectivity of the network.
The basic design is to touch each of the state networks at one
point in each of the states and to let them distribute traffic
internally. The dotted lines denote external network transit
connections. For example, connectivity to OneNet and the Northern
Lights gigapops, which support connectivity for some of the Great
Plains Network members, is through the Abilene backbone.
